Some of our textile workers are leaving the textile industry to try something different:  real estate, finance, or other industrial sectors. This makes it a little more difficult, but, not impossible...! Resumes keep coming in, especially from Europe, India and also Africa.  A few months ago, Groupe Textile titled one of its subjects « Foreign-trained workers, the solution to succession management? » And we still think this is true. So we want our industry to take advantage of this. We started introducing some foreign-trained workers from Africa on some of our latest mandates.  Studies in France in prestigious schools, familiar with our traditions, knowledge of the 2 official languages, quality of their presentation, refinement, a good sense of humour... and there’s our succession!  We also have similar profiles of English-speaking candidates. The comments we got back are good, there are no surprises, people are open and receptive. Proud and pleased of this success, we continue assisting businesses who have, throughout the years, invested time and a lot of money to make our textile industry grow. Groupe Textile wishes to be your partner, and with you, go even further with the research and experiences. We still have a large number of excellent resumes of Canadian candidates with the qualifications you are looking for. Trust us, let us know your present and future needs so that we can better help you.

Groupe Textile gets comments from companies that are always treated confidentially, but we would like to have a better reading of the industry, its expectations, its difficulties, its preoccupations, what it has to say... Would you like to publish a small text? We will analyse it with you. What about the economic recovery?  Where are we today?  How can Groupe Textile help its customers contribute to the economic recovery?
