Job Transition
Certain circumstances may sometimes bring a company to re-evaluate the career path of an employee. It may become necessary, following this exercise, and for the employee's wellbeing and that of the company, to resort to our job transition program. This process covers the following points:
- Evaluation of the employee's strengths, limitations, interests, values and knowledge (academic training, past experience, etc.).
- Identification of targeted companies.
- Confidential contact with the targeted company.
- Sending of a summary omitting details which could identify the employee and the company.
- Discreet evaluation of the employee's interest for the targeted company.
- If both parties are interested, we ask the targeted company to sign a confidentiality agreement and send the employee's complete resume.
- Scheduling of a meeting between employee and targeted company.
To-date, the mandates we have completed have permitted relocated executives to make a fresh start and they are now performing well over expectations.
